Car stereo stores sell spacers that go between the speaker and the door panel. This would require that the speaker be surface-mounted on the outside of the door panel, not inside the door. The spacers can be enhanced with upholstery fabric to match the door panels to make them less obvious. Good luck with your installation. Bob Tescione Western NY MGCC
